Reports & activity
OpenContact keeps a complete, auditable record of what it did with every contact. Two views help you see it.
Activity
The Activity view is the live event stream for your project: contacts created, status changes, unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and sync operations — newest first. Use it to answer “what just happened?” and to confirm a rule fired the way you expected.
Every event includes its type, source, and timestamp, and links back to the contact it belongs to.
Reports
The Reports section rolls activity up into the numbers that matter: how many contacts you’re capturing, how they’re flowing to your providers, and how suppression is propagating. It’s where you confirm the pipeline is healthy at a glance.
Per-contact timeline
Open any contact to see its history end to end — where it came from, every status change, and every sync — so you can trace an individual’s journey and prove compliance if you ever need to.
Getting the data out
Everything you see here is also available programmatically:
- Read the event stream via the Developer API.
- Subscribe to events in real time with outbound webhooks.
- Export any list to CSV from Contacts & lists.
