Klaviyo

Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform. Connect it to send contacts as profiles, add them to lists, and import existing profiles.

What you can do

• Send — create or update a Klaviyo profile by email, and add it to a specific list, with field mapping.
• Import — pull profiles from any Klaviyo list into OpenContact.
• Suppression — suppress a profile by email so it stops receiving marketing.

How to connect

1. In Klaviyo, create a private API key (Settings → API keys).
2. In OpenContact, go to Connections → Klaviyo and paste it.
3. Your lists load automatically for targeting in rules.

In a sync rule

Add Klaviyo as a destination, choose a list, and map fields (e.g. first_name → first_name). OpenContact handles the create-or-update automatically. See Sync rules.
