Copper

Copper is a CRM built for Google Workspace. Connect it to sync contacts as people both ways.

What you can do

• Send — create or update a Copper person by email, with field mapping.
• Import — pull your entire Copper people book into OpenContact.
• Suppression — tag a person as unsubscribed when they opt out elsewhere, so your team can see it in Copper.

How to connect

1. In Copper, generate an API key (Settings → Integrations → API Keys) and note the email of the user it belongs to.
2. In OpenContact, go to Connections → Copper and enter both.
3. OpenContact can now sync and import people.

Good to know

Copper has no marketing lists or unsubscribe field, so OpenContact exposes your whole people book as one importable source and marks suppressed contacts with an unsubscribed tag.
