Kit
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) organizes subscribers with forms and tags instead of conventional lists. OpenContact exposes both as selectable resources.
What you can do
- Send — create or update a subscriber, then add them to a selected form or tag.
- Import — pull subscribers from any form or tag.
- Map fields — send values into custom fields that already exist in Kit.
- Suppress — unsubscribe a matching subscriber when they opt out elsewhere.
How to connect
- In Kit, create or copy an API v4 key.
- In OpenContact, go to Connections → Kit and paste the key.
- Refresh lists to load forms and tags. They are labeled by type so you can choose the right destination.
Good to know
Kit supports first_name as a standard subscriber field. Last name, company, country, phone, and other mapped values are sent only when matching custom fields exist in Kit. UTM values captured by OpenContact are also included as the form-subscription referrer when available.
In a sync rule
Add Kit as a destination and choose either a form or tag. See Sync rules.
