Brevo

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an email and marketing platform. Connect it to send contacts, import lists, and keep suppression in sync.

What you can do

• Send — upsert contacts into Brevo, optionally into a specific list, with field mapping.
• Import — pull contacts from any Brevo list into OpenContact.
• Suppression — receive unsubscribe, hard-bounce, and spam events and propagate them everywhere.

How to connect

1. In Brevo, create an API key (SMTP & API → API Keys).
2. In OpenContact, go to Connections → Brevo and paste it. OpenContact verifies and encrypts it.
3. Your Brevo lists load automatically for targeting in rules.

Receiving events

When you generate a webhook for the connection, OpenContact registers it with Brevo automatically and subscribes to the right events — no dashboard steps. Unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints flow back and are de-duplicated.
