ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign combines email marketing with CRM. Connect it to sync contacts both ways with full list control.

What you can do

• Send — sync a contact and subscribe it to a specific list, with field mapping.
• Import — pull contacts from any ActiveCampaign list into OpenContact.
• Suppression — unsubscribe a contact from every list they belong to when they opt out elsewhere.

How to connect

1. In ActiveCampaign, find your API URL and API key (Settings → Developer).
2. In OpenContact, go to Connections → ActiveCampaign and enter both.
3. Your lists load automatically for targeting in rules.

Good to know

ActiveCampaign maps cleanly to OpenContact: real lists, contact sync (upsert), and subscribe/unsubscribe — so it works as both a destination and a source with no caveats.

Add ActiveCampaign as a destination, choose a list, and map fields (e.g. first_name → firstName). See Sync rules.
