Know what synced, when, and why

OpenContact records the events behind your contact pipeline, from first capture through status changes and provider syncs. Use the project-wide stream for operations and the contact timeline for individual history.

A live project activity stream

See contacts created, status changes, unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and sync operations in time order. Each event includes its type, source, timestamp, and related contact.

Use the stream to confirm that a workflow ran or understand what changed immediately before an unexpected result.

The full history of one contact

Open a contact to trace where it came from, how its status changed, and which providers received it. The timeline keeps operational context next to the canonical profile.

That history is especially useful when investigating a suppression or explaining why a contact did—or did not—reach a destination.

Reports for pipeline health

Reports summarize contact capture, provider flow, and suppression activity. They provide a project-level view without requiring you to reconcile separate dashboards from every connected tool.

Diagnose the route

Combine activity with rule testing: preview the decision before enabling a rule, then inspect real events after it is live. This closes the gap between intended routing and actual provider behavior.

Take the data with you

Read events through the API, subscribe in real time with outbound webhooks, or export lists to CSV for analysis and backup.
