Every plan has the full product. Plans differ in limits: projects, lists, contacts, team members, API rate and monthly provider syncs. Annual billing saves 20%.
What counts as a sync operation
A contact action queued for a connected provider. Actions on OpenContact’s own lists do not count. Sandbox writes do not count.
What counts as a contact
Contacts are counted across all projects on your account. At the limit, new contacts are refused. Updates to existing contacts, including unsubscribes and bounces, always go through.
Every plan includes
- All 22 integrations
- Contacts, lists, tags, custom fields and event history
- Sync rules, triggers, conditions and field mapping
- Suppression sync
- Imports and list migration
- Email verification and enrichment
- Activity and reports
- API keys, signed webhooks and the MCP server
- Admin, editor and developer roles
Billing questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Change plan or billing interval in account billing. It takes effect immediately.
Do provider fees come with OpenContact?
No. Each provider bills you separately. Sending or migrating contacts can raise your subscriber count there.
What happens at the monthly limit?
OpenContact stops queuing new provider syncs until the next month or a plan change.
Is there a free plan or trial?
No.
Where do I pay?
Billing runs through Stripe.
