Know who the contact is
Enrichment reads a contact’s email address and fills in the person’s name and the company behind the domain: industry, headcount, country, description and mail platform. It never syncs or emails anyone. Results stay on the contact.

How it runs
- Open a contact that has not been researched and it is queued, at most once a day.
- Or enrich every contact in a project or list as a batch, then download the results as CSV.
- New contacts are not enriched automatically.
What it skips
No paid lookup runs for unsubscribed or suppressed contacts, addresses that failed verification, shared inboxes (info@, sales@), disposable addresses and personal domains such as gmail.com.
Use the data
Results live under enrichment, such as enrichment.company_industry and enrichment.company_size. Use them in sync rule filters and field mappings.
A company is researched once, shared by every contact on that domain, and refreshed after 30 days.
