Check the address before it reaches your sender

OpenContact can verify contacts as they arrive, store the result on the canonical record, and use those signals in routing decisions before data reaches an email platform.

Useful signals, attached to the contact

Verification can identify:

  • disposable or throwaway inboxes;
  • role-based addresses such as info@, sales@, or support@;
  • public-domain versus business addresses;
  • block-list signals.

The result remains part of the contact profile instead of disappearing after a one-time check.

Verification before routing

New and re-captured contacts are checked before sync rules run when verification is enabled for the project.

Use the result as a condition: exclude disposable addresses, route role accounts for review, or separate business and public-domain leads into different workflows.

Fail safely when a check is unavailable

If the verification service is temporarily unavailable, OpenContact marks the result as unknown instead of caching an incorrect conclusion. The contact can continue through the workflow and be checked again on a later update.

Protect list quality without another manual step

Verification and routing happen in the same pipeline. Your team does not need to export leads, clean a file, and import it again before sending.
