Connect the tools that already run your customer journey

OpenContact sits between the places contacts arrive and the systems where your team works. Connect each tool once, then use it as a source, destination, or event provider across your contact workflows.

One connection, several jobs

Depending on the provider, a connection can:

  • send contacts to a list, audience, newsletter, or CRM;
  • import existing contacts into OpenContact;
  • expose provider fields for mapping;
  • receive unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, booking, or member events;
  • provide lists and other resources for direct migrations.

The capability is visible before you build a workflow, so a source-only tool is not mistaken for a destination.

API keys or OAuth

Connect API-key providers by entering the credentials they issue. OpenContact verifies the credentials before saving them and encrypts them at rest.

For OAuth providers, authorize OpenContact through the provider’s own login screen. Access tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically when supported.

Inbound tools such as Custom Webhook and Google Ads Lead Form use a generated receiving URL instead of account access.

Resources ready for routing

After a connection is active, OpenContact loads the provider’s lists, audiences, campaigns, forms, tags, tables, or filters. Those resources become selectable in sync rules, imports, and migrations.

Refresh them when the provider changes. For supported data sources, enable automatic pulls directly on the resource.

Across the whole stack

Connect email marketing platforms, CRMs, newsletters, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, databases, payment data, lead forms, and your own JSON-producing systems.

The result is one routing layer that can evolve without tying the entire contact journey to a single provider.
