Set it up
- Connect Ghost. Use Admin URL + Custom Integration key. Setup guide.
- Connect Pipedrive. Use API token. Setup guide.
- Import your Ghost contacts into OpenContact, so there is one record per person.
- Create a sync rule. Pick a trigger, add Ghost and Pipedrive as destinations, and map the fields.
- Dry-run it. See which destinations match and which fields would be sent, then switch the rule on.
Good to know
Pipedrive
Pipedrive doesn't have marketing lists, so OpenContact uses your saved people filters as the pullable views. A person is matched by email, then created or updated.

Does OpenContact sync unsubscribes between Ghost and Pipedrive?
OpenContact passes suppression to every connected tool that supports it. Check each tool's capabilities above.
Do I need a CSV to move contacts between Ghost and Pipedrive?
No. Import contacts from one tool into OpenContact, then send them to the other with a sync rule. To move a whole list, use list migration.
Does connecting Ghost and Pipedrive cost extra?
Both tools bill you separately. OpenContact plans are priced by limits, and every plan includes all integrations. See pricing.
